German Fund Accounting/Administration Product Manager - Senior Vice President

In this role, you will lead the German product strategy for registered funds within a global platform, aligning Fund Accounting, Fund Administration and Transfer Agency capabilities to client needs in Germany. You will shape and own the German registered funds product roadmap, while supporting multiple pod-level Product Owners to ensure portfolio alignment with the broader strategy. You will engage clients, industry bodies and stakeholders to identify trends and requirements, and create materials that support growth and sales. • Direct the German product strategy for registered funds across related capabilities
• Develop and own the German funds product definition and roadmap in line with global strategy
• Coordinate with multiple pod-level Product Owners to maintain backlog alignment
• Engage clients, industry bodies, consultants and stakeholders to identify trends and requirements
• Create thought leadership, sales and marketing materials to support growth in Germany
• Support the sales process from prospecting through RFPs and pitches
• Influence and direct the product management team and senior stakeholders
• Collaborate with department heads to align product strategy with company goals

• 10+ years in product development and delivery with a track record of defining winning product constructs
• Domain expertise in German registered/mutual funds
• Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with cross-functional delivery
• Proficiency in OKR, Design Thinking, Event Storming, prototyping, iterative development, Scrum, and Agile methods
