German language teacher (for children) - Mannheim, Germany

Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are currently looking for GermanLanguage Teachers to provide in-person customized lessons to our clients in Mannheim, Germany .

• Face-to-face - 1 child (5 years old)
• Availability: morning Tuesday or Friday. We may be flexible for Monday and Thursday
• Preferred Lesson start date: ASAP
• Lesson Frequency: Twice per week
• Lesson Duration: 1 hour
• Location: Lindenhofstraße, Manheim, Germany
• Preferred platform: in-person
• Current target language level: No level/or Level 0
• Native and other spoken languages: Russian (native)
• Language needs and goals: German for school and making friends

Responsibilities

• Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
• Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
• Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners toward learning goals
• Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner

Qualifications

• Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
• Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
• Minimum of two years of experience
