German SAP HCM Payroll Consultant

We're looking for an experienced German SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our Customer on a permanent basis.

In this role, you'll help configure, support, and improve SAP HCM Payroll solutions for Germany, ensuring payroll runs smoothly and remains compliant with German payroll regulations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Configure and support SAP HCM Payroll for Germany (PY-DE).
• Work with business users to understand payroll requirements and recommend practical SAP solutions.
• Maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and other payroll configuration.
• Support payroll processing, testing, and issue resolution.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with German tax, social insurance, and labor regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Around 5+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP HCM Payroll.
• Strong knowledge of German SAP Payroll (PY-DE).
• Experience configuring payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll functions.
• Good understanding of German payroll legislation, tax, and social insurance requirements.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Knowledge of SAP Time Management (PT), Personnel Administration (PA), or Organizational Management (OM).
