Join Mercier Consultancy MD as a German Speaking CRM Support professional for Customer Platforms, where you will have the incredible opportunity to work in Greece. This role is integral to fostering positive client relationships and ensuring that our German-speaking customers receive the highest level of support and guidance regarding our CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users of our CRM platforms through various channels including phone, email, and online chat.
Resolve customer inquiries, assist with troubleshooting, and guide users through the functionalities of the CRM system.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in the CRM system to facilitate efficient follow-up and resolution.
Work collaboratively with technical teams to address complex customer inquiries and recommend process improvements.
Conduct user training sessions to enhance client understanding and use of the CRM platform.
Keep abreast of product updates and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements

Fluency in German (both written and spoken); English proficiency is a plus.
Previous experience in customer support or CRM-related roles is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts clearly.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software is advantageous.
A proactive approach to assisting customers and improving their experience.
