About the role
Once in Athens, you will join our multilingual customer service team as a German-language advisor. You will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, helping them via phone, email, and chat. The work is varied, the team is diverse, and the environment is genuinely supportive — especially for people who are new to customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle German-speaking customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve issues clearly and efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
- Log all interactions in our CRM system — full training is provided on all tools
- Escalate complex cases following clear, structured guidelines
- Work as part of an international team with colleagues from across Europe
What we need — it is a very short list
- Native or near-native German (C2 / mother tongue) — this is the only hard requirement
- Working English (B1–B2) for internal communication and training
- A positive attitude and genuine willingness to help people
- Full-time availability (rotating shifts, some evenings and weekends)
- EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece
- No prior experience required — entry-level candidates, recent graduates, and career changers are all actively encouraged to apply
