The role

You will join a multilingual and multinational team and be responsible for processing invoices and German communications. You will be dealing with confidential information. This is a high volume invoice processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurate processing of supplier invoices, employee expenses
• Liaising with external vendors in the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Austria
• Communicating with other teams across the business
• Reconciling supplier statements, logging information, posting payments
• Ensure that local tax and statutory requirements are met
• Following up with employees who are overdue in submitting expenses / incomplete documentation
• Monitoring, investigating and resolving Corporate Credit Card transactions greater than 90 days old.
• Assist with Internal and External (currently KMPG) audit requirements

Requirements

• Fluent German
• Experience in processing payments in a high volume environment
