About The Role

Investors in Germany already know what Dubai offers: no property tax, no capital gains tax, and no income tax on what you earn here. What they rarely have is an adviser who speaks their language and understands both markets.

That is the role: advising German investors on off-plan Dubai property, in German.

You do not need Dubai experience to start. We will teach you the market, the developers and the product from scratch, and this posting is aimed at candidates in Bremen ready to make the move.

How We Set You Up

Most brokerages hand you a phone and wish you luck. Here, our marketing team builds and pays for campaigns in German, aimed at Germany, and the enquiries that come back are yours.

Your first two weeks are spent in our training academy; from there you work alongside managers with fifteen or more years selling this market, until you can sit across from a sceptical investor and give a proper answer, with numbers behind it.

Off-plan also rewards the patient. Payment plans run over several years, clients come back for a second and third purchase, and referrals compound. Build your market properly and it keeps paying you long after the first sale.

Who this suits:

• Fluent German and strong professional English. You need both
• Someone who knows the German market well: how business is done there, and what it takes to earn somebody's trust
• Experience in sales, business development, investment, banking, luxury hospitality or real estate
• Discipline. The agents who do well here are the ones who show up and do the same things every day
• Currently based in Bremen or nearby (or already in Dubai), and able to relocate within one to three months
• Around six months of savings behind you, roughly €15,000. This is a commission-only role, and the people who succeed are usually the ones who can stay calm through a quiet second month

What The First Months Look Like

Your first two or three months will mostly be learning the product and building a pipeline. You will have plenty of conversations that go nowhere. That is normal, and it is the reason we ask about savings before anything else.

After that there is no ceiling. Commission is 50-70% and we pay it daily. Last year our top performer on international off-plan earned just over US$1.5 million, tax free. She is our best, so treat that as the top of the range rather than what to expect, but it is a real figure from a real person doing this exact job.

If you are looking for a basic salary, this is not the role for you.
