ABOUT THE ROLE

• combines Product Ownership and Business Analysis across multiple applications and Agile teams.
• The Product Owner will act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, translating high-level requirements into clear Epics, Features, and User Stories while supporting backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• A strong focus is placed on requirements management and testing, including test preparation, execution, and documentation.
• Close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical leads, and the Test Manager is expected.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as Proxy Product Owner and Business Analyst across multiple applications and teams.
• Manage and maintain requirements from Epic level down to Features and User Stories, ensuring consistency, completeness, and traceability.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical leads, and the Test Manager to refine and prioritize requirements.
• Support backlog management, story refinement, and sprint planning activities in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Identify and define requirements where customer input is incomplete or high-level.
• Ensure requirements are implementable, testable, and aligned with business and technical objectives.
• Actively support testing activities, including test preparation, execution, and documentation (mandatory).

REQUIREMENTS

• Several years of experience in Requirements Engineering, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or a similar role.
• Strong experience with backlog management and Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Experience working in complex, fragmented multi-application environments.
• Hands‑on testing experience and willingness to actively contribute to testing activities (mandatory).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English (mandatory).
• Experience with AI‑supported analysis, documentation, or delivery practices is desirable.
• Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected. This may include occasional domestic or international travel, sometimes on short notice.
