About The Role

You will advise German-speaking investors on off-plan Dubai property, in their own language. Dubai has no property tax, no capital gains tax and no income tax on what you earn. Plenty of investors back in Germany have worked that out already. What they are missing is someone they trust who understands both the Dubai market and how business gets done at home.

No Dubai experience is needed to start: we teach the market, the developers and the product from scratch. We are looking for candidates currently in Nuremberg who are ready to relocate.

How We Set You Up

Most brokerages hand you a phone and wish you luck. Here, our marketing team builds and pays for campaigns in German, aimed at Germany, and the enquiries that come back are yours.

Your first two weeks are spent in our training academy; from there you work alongside managers with fifteen or more years selling this market, until you can sit across from a sceptical investor and give a proper answer, with numbers behind it.

Off-plan also rewards the patient. Payment plans run over several years, clients come back for a second and third purchase, and referrals compound. Build your market properly and it keeps paying you long after the first sale.

What we are looking for:

• Fluent German and strong professional English. You need both
• Someone who knows the German market well: how business is done there, and what it takes to earn somebody's trust
• Experience in sales, business development, investment, banking, luxury hospitality or real estate
• Discipline. The agents who do well here are the ones who show up and do the same things every day
• Currently based in Nuremberg or nearby (or already in Dubai), and able to relocate within one to three months
• Around six months of savings behind you, roughly €15,000. This is a commission-only role, and the people who succeed are usually the ones who can stay calm through a quiet second month

Being straight with you

Your first two or three months will mostly be learning the product and building a pipeline. You will have plenty of conversations that go nowhere. That is normal, and it is the reason we ask about savings before anything else.

After that there is no ceiling. Commission is 50-70% and we pay it daily. Last year our top performer on international off-plan earned just over US$1.5 million, tax free. She is our best, so treat that as the top of the range rather than what to expect, but it is a real figure from a real person doing this exact job.

If you are looking for a basic salary, this is not the role for you.
