German-Speaking Technical Property Manager

• Full ownership of the technical management of a residential property portfolio
• Oversee daily operations from initial assessment through execution of repair cases
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise larger maintenance and renovation projects
• Manage external specialist companies and develop a network of contractors
• Handle insurance claims from assessment to remediation
• Participate in property inspections and present technical matters at HOA meetings
• Provide feedback to optimize the proprietary software platform

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience as a Technical Property Manager or in a technical/trade role
• Solid technical understanding of core trades (heating, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and structural elements)
• Existing regional network of contractors in the Rhine-Main area
• Valid Class B driver's license
• Fluent German (C2) for negotiations and client management
