German & Turkish Speaking Senior Business Developer

A global leader in cross-border e-commerce regulatory compliance is recruiting a bilingual Business Development Officer. Working within an agile, four-person business development unit, you will manage major client relationships, lead complex contract negotiations with executive decision-makers, expand regional market share, and mentor junior colleagues.

Core Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management: Steward key client portfolios, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executive leadership teams.
• Deal Execution: Independently negotiate, structure, and finalize profitable commercial agreements.
• Service Delivery: Coordinate the smooth execution of tailored compliance solutions aligned with individual client objectives.
• Analytics & Forecasting: Track key performance metrics, maintain accurate revenue projections, and present reporting to leadership.
• Territory Expansion: Partner with outbound sales teams to identify and capture emerging market opportunities across assigned regions.
• Team Leadership: Offer coaching, ongoing mentorship, and daily guidance to associate business development team members.
• Industry Alignment: Stay abreast of global e-commerce regulatory shifts while building robust partner and vendor networks.

Qualifications & Profile

• Professional Experience: 3+ years of proven background in key account management, B2B deal closing, and strategic business development.
• Language Capabilities: Fluent proficiency (C2 level) in both German and Turkish, combined with C1-level professional English.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Core Competencies: Highly organized, confident in high-stakes environments, and adept at balancing complex stakeholder priorities.
• Presence & Mobility: Based in or open to relocating to the Frankfurt area, with full availability for 4 days on-site per week and periodic travel for industry events.
• Desirable Qualifications: Prior experience in e-commerce or regulatory compliance environments; knowledge of additional foreign languages.
