Germany Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries related to the usage and application support of electronic test and measurement instruments, including oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
• Provide assistance to customers in instrument and application setup, ensuring smooth implementation and operation.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Oversee the software upgrade process, ensuring seamless transitions and enhanced functionality for customers.
• Offer expert user testing and valuable product feedback to inform the continuous improvement efforts of the product development teams.
• Support custom development requests, tailoring solutions to meet specific customer needs and requirements.
• Provide technical support to the sales and marketing team in pre-sales activities, including the creation of market-oriented articles and the coordination of marketing events.

Requirements

• Possess 3-5 years of experience in the electronics industry, with a strong understanding of electronic test and measurement equipment.
• Familiarity with a range of test and measurement tools, including oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and others.
• Hold a 4-year Technical Degree in Electronics with expertise in electrical and RF applications, or demonstrate equivalent experience in the field.
• Experience in the design, testing, or debugging of embedded systems would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in MATLAB, LabView, Python, LXI, and other automation tools is a plus, enhancing the ability to streamline processes and optimize performance.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written German, enabling effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
