THE ROLE

As Global Account Manager in EMEA Strategics, you'll act as the CEO of a select group of the region's most important global accounts. You'll set and deliver a multi-year strategy, build trusted relationships with senior executives, and open new buying centres and workloads. You'll orchestrate Everpure teams and partners across countries to create customer value and drive growth. This is a strategic enterprise sales role for a proven hunter who creates demand rather than responding to it.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver three-year strategic account plans for your global accounts, setting priorities, stakeholders, opportunities and measures of success that drive sustained revenue growth.
• Win new strategic accounts and expand existing ones by opening new buying centres, countries, workloads and use cases across large, complex organisations.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior data, AI, security, infrastructure and business leaders, linking their priorities to Everpure's data infrastructure and platform portfolio through outcome-led value propositions and business cases.
• Lead complex multi-country sales campaigns, coordinating virtual pursuit teams across Everpure, customer and partner organisations, from first engagement through close and post-sales success.
• Own revenue delivery, pipeline and forecast accuracy for your accounts, working with GSIs, VARs, MSPs and other ecosystem partners to meet and exceed sales targets.

WHAT YOU BRING

• A strong record in enterprise or global account sales, strategic account management or business development within technology, data infrastructure, enterprise software or related services, with consistent achievement of sales targets.
• Proven success as a hunter: opening large, complex organisations and creating demand where Everpure, or a comparable solution, does not yet have a strong footprint, including growing accounts into new buying centres, countries and workloads.
• The ability to build multi-year account strategies, influence distributed teams across countries and work effectively with GSIs, VARs, MSPs and other partners.
• Credibility with C-level and senior business, data, AI, security and infrastructure stakeholders, backed by strong value selling, negotiation and executive communication skills, and business-fluent English.
• Strong pipeline and forecast discipline, and the willingness to travel regularly across EMEA and internationally.

We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Munich office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
