Global Account Manager (m/f/d)

We are seeking a Global Account Manager to lead one of our most strategic global customer relationships, driving profitable growth, executive engagement, and long-term partnership success.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a global account strategy aligned with Wolfspeed's growth objectives.
• Build and strengthen executive-level relationships across a complex international customer organisation.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while maximising account profitability.
• Lead customer engagement strategies, negotiations, and commercial agreements on a global scale.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing business decisions and strategic investments.
• Coordinate global sales, engineering, and business resources to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• Drive collaboration across regions and functions to ensure successful execution of account plans.
• Travel internationally to support customer relationships and business growth.

What We're Looking For

• Experience managing large, complex global accounts in a technology, semiconductor, industrial, or related environment.
• Proven success developing executive-level customer relationships and driving strategic growth.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and business planning skills.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel.
