Global AI Transformation Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise-wide AI transformation and adoption initiatives aligned with the organization’s AI strategy and roadmap.
• Work closely with key stakeholders to develop and implement communication and change management strategies that build awareness, trust, and enthusiasm for AI across the organization.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, continuous learning, collaboration, and responsible AI use.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the AI office, business units, leadership teams, HR, communications, and IT to ensure alignment and engagement in transformation initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional AI transformation programs and coordinate stakeholders across regions, functions, and organizational levels.
• Support the design and delivery of AI enablement initiatives such as training programs, workshops, communities of practice, and networks of AI champions.
• Plan and execute global AI events, leadership forums, innovation days, hackathons, and roadshows to strengthen engagement and accelerate AI adoption.
• Continuously monitor adoption, engagement, and impact metrics to identify improvement opportunities and maximize business value.
• Stay informed about emerging AI trends, technologies, and workforce developments to co-create future-oriented strategies and long‑term organizational readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Innovation Management, Technology Management, or a related field
• Several years of experience in communications, change management, transformation, innovation, consulting, or program management
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale cross‑functional or global initiatives in complex organizations
• Strong understanding of AI, digital transformation, and future‑of‑work trends
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with executives and diverse stakeholders
• Experience designing communication campaigns, facilitating workshops, and driving employee engagement and learning
• Excellent project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently
• Outstanding communication, storytelling, facilitation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working effectively in fast‑paced, highly innovative environments
• Proactive, collaborative, adaptable mindset with a passion for emerging technologies and organizational transformation.
