Global Air Logistics Healthcare Product Lead

In this role, you drive the healthcare air logistics portfolio within a global network, translating client needs into scalable solutions and leading product rollout. You’ll align global, regional, and local teams to ensure consistent delivery and push improvements in service quality and commercial performance. You’ll shape cross-functional initiatives, support sales efforts, and uphold GDP/CEIV Pharma standards. • Coordinate global rollout of healthcare air logistics solutions across the network with country teams and stations
• Translate customer requirements into practical logistics solutions that meet operational needs
• Identify and drive continuous improvements to the healthcare product portfolio and processes
• Structure and manage product initiatives from planning through implementation with clear responsibilities and timelines
• Collaborate with sales, operations, pricing, and quality teams to ensure consistent product implementation
• Support commercial development throughTendering, pricing activities, and premium healthcare services
• Partner with QSHE teams to ensure GDP and CEIV Pharma compliance and high service quality
• Share product expertise and best practices through internal training and clear documentation

• Several years of experience in air logistics
• Experience in product management, project management, product implementation, or process improvement within logistics or supply chain
• Understanding of airfreight operations and translating requirements into solutions
• Strong project management and organizational skills with end-to-end delivery
• Knowledge of healthcare logistics, cold chain, temperature-controlled solutions, and passive packaging (advantage)
• Familiarity with healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements including GDP and CEIV Pharma
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across operational teams and international stakeholders
• Strong commercial acumen and customer focus with ability to translate needs into growth opportunities
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset with strong English skills in a global environment
