Global Applications & Equipment Development Leader (m/f/d)

In this role you lead a global, dispersed team focused on applications development, process innovation, and equipment technology for Cyrel. You will partner across Formulation R&D, Pilot Line, Manufacturing, and external suppliers to accelerate innovation and customer-focused solutions. You drive advanced plate applications, workflows, and automation while shaping the equipment roadmaps and processing technologies. Your leadership ensures cross-regional alignment, safety, and continuous improvement as you deliver strategic projects within the DuPont Innovation Framework. • Build and lead a global, high-performing team with focus on safety and continuous improvement
• Own and prioritize the Applications and Equipment Development project portfolio and manage resource allocation
• Provide program management for critical global projects and report progress to senior leadership
• Direct development of advanced flexographic plate applications, workflows, and print technologies
• Lead equipment development programs, define roadmaps and specifications, and drive automation and data-enabled troubleshooting

• Master's or Ph.D. in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, Printing Technology, Polymer Science, or related field with relevant industrial experience
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence across cultures, functions, and locations
• Ability to travel up to 20%
