Global Business Director - Specialty chemicals for Fiber Technologies

You will align commercial strategy with R&D and product management to deliver market-driven solutions, while building and leading cross-cultural teams and key customer partnerships. • More than 15 years of international experience
• Proven track record in international business development and value-based selling
• Experience managing strategic customers, distributors and multicultural commercial organizations
• Strong collaboration with Innovation, R&D and Product Management teams
• Solid business acumen with experience in strategic planning and P&L management
