Global Business Process Expert (all genders) - R2R - Intercompany Accounting Services

As Global Business Process Expert for R2R Intercompany Accounting Services, you own and optimize the end-to-end intercompany accounting processes. You drive global process improvements, standardization, and automation in collaboration with Innovation and Analytics, shaping shared services capabilities. You manage governance, KPIs, and risk controls while guiding ERP-related transformation programs. You work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, compliant processes that support corporate strategy. This is a chance to impact a large, multinational R2R landscape and accelerate automation in a complex matrix.

• End-to-end process ownership for intercompany accounting services, including governance and optimization
• Drive standardization, automation, and efficiency improvements across global processes
• Lead strategic initiatives (ERP implementations, automation programs) and resource planning
• Define and implement global process models, governance, controls, and documentation
• Collaborate with data governance, BPM, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance and best practices
• Develop and track KPIs, SLAs, and benchmarking to measure performance and quality
• Build learning platforms, knowledge sharing, and capability development within the team
• Coordinate with delivery hubs/service centers and maintain dotted-line reporting to BPO R2R-SL

• 5+ Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Accounting-Expertengruppe in multinationaler Umgebung oder Shared Services/GBS
• Bachelor in Accounting & Finance oder gleichwertig; Master oder Zertifizierung wünschenswert
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in General Accounting und Record-to-Report (R2R)
• Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA, Prozessdesign und R2R-Prozessen
• Nachweisliche Erfahrung in Transformations- bzw. Verbesserungsprogrammen (Standardisierung, Automatisierung)
• Analytische Fähigkeiten, Problemlösungskompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke

• Vertrautheit mit IFRS/GAAP und Data Governance
