Global Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Provide implementation of optimized email campaigns using templated assets within our demand generation platforms, including audience segmentation and email deployment.
• Build email journeys for multiple countries, and in multiple languages, under guidance of the Senior Email Specialist and the Email Production Lead.
• Support the build of campaigns, forms and automations using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.
• Manage your projects in an organized and timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and work in a collaborative hybrid environment.
• Contribute to Quality Assurance tasks.

Requirements

• 4+ years of digital marketing experience in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud and ideally MailChimp, Pardot or FormTitan.
• Experience with email marketing best practices.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving team and seek support on projects when relevant.
• Ability to gain confidence and trust in others through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in executing optimized email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot, with a strong focus on audience segmentation and email marketing best practices. Proven ability to manage projects effectively while collaborating in a hybrid environment.
