Global Engineering Manager (M/F/D)

Managing a team of 3, we are seeking a technically-skilled Global Engineering Manager (M/F/D) to join a leading global Food & Beverage manufacturing organisation who's seen significant growth in the dairy sector.

With a strong foothold in the German, UK, and Nordic markets and based on‑site in Emmerich am Rhein, you will have a pivotal role in driving impactful engineering operations and overseeing a €50M multi‑year CAPEX project.

Requirements:

• End-to-end project lifecycle experience: Adept at managing projects from concept to execution with precision and efficiency.
• Capex projects expertise: Proven track record in overseeing capital expenditure projects ranging between €20‑40M.
• UHT experience: Essential for success in this role, given the specific needs of the sector.
• Dairy manufacturing background: In-depth knowledge of the industry to navigate its unique challenges and opportunities.
• Technical capabilities: Ability to deliver high-quality results, particularly for services supporting the German, UK, and Nordic markets.
• Languages: German is necessary for this role, (B2-Level minimum) as well as fluent in English.
