Global FP&A Business Partnering (m/f/d)

In this role you lead AutoScout24's Global FP&A Business Partnering, partnering with C-level leaders to turn operational data into clear, executive-ready insights. You will establish investment governance, track benefits realisation, and steer planning and performance across global functions. You’ll shape the Management Team narrative and drive transformation through AI, automation and data-driven decision making. • Lead and develop the Global FP&A Business Partnering team and set standards for forward-looking, commercially relevant finance support
• Act as trusted sparring partner to Global Head of FP&A, Group CFO and C-level stakeholders, translating complex topics into clear insights and executive narratives
• Establish a rigorous business-case and investment governance framework with ROI and risk assessment
• Drive value realisation by defining success metrics and ownership for investments and tracking delivery
• Lead financial steering across planning, forecasting, monthly reviews and long-range planning with variance analysis
• Deliver accurate reporting from detail to Board materials and improve KPI frameworks and performance dialogues
• Drive finance excellence through automation, AI, and self-service analytics in partnership with other finance functions
• Influence major global functions across planning and performance discussions
• Support transformation projects and align finance processes with strategic priorities

• Extensive experience in senior FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, Controlling or Finance Director roles in an international, data-driven environment
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing finance teams
• Strong track record of developing, challenging and tracking complex business cases with ROI and value-realisation governance
• Strong commercial and strategic acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Ability to translate accounting and operational data into executive-level recommendations
• Clear view on how AI, automation and data improve finance processes
• Excellent analytical, communication and storytelling skills
• High ownership, pace, resilience and pragmatism
• Professional fluency in English; German is a plus
