Job Responsibilities

1. Provide daily pre‑sales technical consulting and solution support for GWI’s global project teams;
2. Assist in preparing proposal documents, technical specifications, and solution reports for wind power projects;
3. Conduct technical reviews of customer requirements and translate them into feasible technical solutions;
4. Participate in bid preparation, including technical proposal writing, cost estimation, and document compilation;
5. Organize technical presentations and support customer communication during the bidding phase;
6. Collect market and competitor information to support solution optimization;
7. Maintain technical solution templates and standardize pre‑sales processes;
8. Support cross‑departmental coordination between sales, engineering, and R&D teams;
9. Conduct post‑bid technical analysis and lessons learned reviews;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

1. Master’s degree or above, majoring in Electrical Engineering, Power System, New Energy, or related fields;
2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with cross‑functional teams and international stakeholders;
3. Proficient in MS Office, including advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
4. Excellent English proficiency (CET‑6 or equivalent), able to work in a bilingual environment;
5. Detail‑oriented, with a problem‑solving mindset and strong sense of ownership;
6. Able to adapt to fast‑paced work and occasional domestic/international business travel.
