As Global Head of Marketing, SBU OTC (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping the future of our international OTC business. Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive sustainable business growth, strengthen market positions, increase profitability and accelerate the development of our OTC portfolio across multiple markets. You will lead the growth and international development of Octenisept, one of Europe's most trusted OTC brands.

Your responsibilities

• Define and execute the global marketing strategy for our OTC portfolio , ensuring strong alignment with business objectives, growth ambitions and commercial performance targets
• Drive sustainable business growth , market share expansion and profitability across the global OTC portfolio
• Further strengthen and expand our consumer healthcare brands , including Octenisept, through impactful brand-building and consumer-focused marketing initiatives
• Drive international market development and support the successful launch of new products and categories across key markets
• Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and consumer touchpoints
• Leverage consumer insights, market intelligence and performance analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Innovations, Scientific Excellence, R&D, Regulatory Affairs and other key stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable business impact
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and commercial excellence across the marketing organization
• Lead, inspire and develop an international marketing team while driving change, reinforcing organizational capabilities and creating momentum for future growth

Your profile

• Extensive leadership experience in Brand Marketing within Consumer Healthcare or FMCG
• Proven track record of building, growing and scaling brands across international markets
• Strong experience in brand strategy , portfolio management and go-to-market execution
• Demonstrated success in transformation and change management environments
• Ability to combine strategic vision with a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach and a strong commercial mindset
• Experience leading and developing high-performing international teams and influencing senior stakeholders
• An entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire others, challenge the status quo and drive sustainable growth
• High energy, agility and the ambition to make a real difference in a dynamic and evolving business environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantage
