The role combines strategic global account leadership with hands‑on responsibility for the customer in Germany. You will work with colleagues across regions and functions while building deep knowledge that can support your continued development in international sales and commercial leadership.

You will be based in Southern Germany . Relocation support may be available based on individual circumstances.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute a global key account strategy, translating customer priorities into a clear roadmap for profitable, sustainable growth.
• Build and strengthen trusted relationships with customer stakeholders worldwide, creating alignment from operational teams through to senior leadership.
• Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, contracts, and supply agreements, balancing customer value with sound business and profitability decisions.
• Coordinate global and local teams across sales, engineering, quality, product management, supply chain, operations, and service, delivering a consistent customer experience.
• Manage opportunities, forecasts, and critical issues across regions, improving visibility, removing obstacles, and protecting both business continuity and long‑term growth.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in international B2B sales, account management, or business development, with the ability to manage complex customer relationships.
• A strong understanding of industrial markets and the food and beverage OEM environment, including customer business models and market dynamics.
• Confidence in strategic account planning, commercial negotiation, pricing, contracts, and value‑based selling.
• The ability to influence and align cross‑functional, international teams without direct reporting authority.
• Fluent German and English communication skills, combined with a willingness to live in Germany and travel internationally as required.

What You’ll Get From Us

• We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
• You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work‑life balance. Your well‑being matters to us.
• We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
• You’ll receive benefits like 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.
