Global Key Account Manager – Robotics

Own and manage the end-to-end relationship with a major global online retail marketplace partner
Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters
Develop and execute annual and quarterly joint business plans
Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across the account
Lead pricing strategy, budget planning, and inventory forecasting
Coordinate with internal supply chain, marketing, and finance teams
Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and account performance data
Identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing teams on order fulfillment, compliance, and account health
Monitor the competitive landscape and marketplace policy changes
Adjust strategy proactively as needed
Prepare and present regular business reviews to senior leadership
Troubleshoot and resolve supply chain, compliance, chargeback, and account performance escalations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
MBA a plus
5+ years of experience in account management within the logistics or automation industry
Proven track record of growing revenue and profitability within a large, complex retail or marketplace account
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams including supply chain, marketing, finance, and product
Ability to travel as needed
Experience in the robotics, consumer electronics, or hardware industry
Experience managing global or multi-region account portfolios
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for sales and demand forecasting
