In this Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager role you help clients navigate complex mobility tax issues, from residence to cross-border implications, while leading a team of mobility tax professionals. You will develop account strategies, client proposals, and tax minimisation plans that improve service satisfaction and drive usage of tax services. You’ll guide client meetings and collaborate across the firm to strengthen relationships and deliver high-impact solutions. • Advise clients on global mobility tax issues (residence, cross-border, social security, equity plans, benefits, assignment structuring, tax reconciliation)
• Lead a team of mobility tax professionals

• Previous global mobility tax experience with a focus on individual tax
