Your Tasks
Responsible for standardizing and improving manufacturing processes globally, ensuring operational excellence, quality, and cost efficiency
Define global production process standards and best practices
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites
Collaborate with plant managers and engineering teams to ensure process compliance
Support digital manufacturing initiatives and Industry 4.0 adoption
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards globally
Your Qualifications
Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a similar field
Good German and English (spoken and written)
Experience in global production management and process optimization
Comprehensive knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods
Strong expertise in manufacturing control systems (MES, EWM, etc.)
Proficiency in Teamcenter and SAP PP
