Global Procurement Excellence Consultant (m/f/d)*

In this role you drive global procurement excellence initiatives, advancing standardization, efficiency and compliance across the organization. You will shape transformation roadmaps, design KPI-driven processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements. The position offers exposure to P2P, SIM/MDM, analytics and change management, with scope to grow as a subject matter expert. You will work in a global, matrix environment and contribute to the procurement community with best practices.

• Manage the delivery of global procurement excellence initiatives to improve standardization, efficiency and compliance
• Identify automation, self-service and AI opportunities across P2P processes and shape business cases and transformation roadmaps
• Contribute to process mapping, maturity assessments and benchmarking across procurement functions and regions
• Coordinate design and rollout of process standards, KPIs and policies with stakeholders
• Translate KPI insights and process intelligence into practical improvements and management reporting (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews)
• Use data analysis to monitor procurement performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Procurement, Finance, IT, Legal and HR on global projects
• Capture and share best practices to strengthen knowledge exchange across procurement
• Lead change management and training activities to enable adoption of new tools, processes and policies

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
• Relevant professional experience in procurement, consulting, or digital/operational excellence projects
• Solid understanding of procurement processes, operational frameworks and compliance requirements
• Experience in process analysis, performance measurement methodologies, project management and transformation initiatives
• Analytical and structured approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Coupa or Celonis is advantageous
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; able to work in international settings
• Strong professional English skills; German language skills are advantageous
• Willingness to travel occasionally
