What you’ll do

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of materials.
Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and operational efficiency.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to procurement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective supplier partnerships.
Proficiency in procurement software and tools, with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.

Nice to have

Experience in the manufacturing sector, particularly in metalworking or machining technology.
Familiarity with international procurement practices and regulations.
