Your mission

From day one you’ll be part of an international setup and will actively contribute to global procurement. Your key responsibilities include:

• Working with international suppliers and teams, experiencing global collaboration first‑hand
• Gradually taking ownership of your own procurement categories
• Building relationships and developing your own supplier network
• Learning how to negotiate, influence and make decisions that matter
• Diving into markets, costs, and technologies in precision manufacturing
• Working at the intersection of technology, business, and strategy and being part of projects that improve global supply chains

Your profile

• Degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline
• Initial experience in procurement, supply chain, or a technical field
• Interest in technical products or manufacturing
• Curiosity about international environments and cultures
• Analytical mindset, strong communication skills in German and English, and confidence to contribute ideas
• Motivation to learn and take the next step
