Global Product Manager (m/f/d) Tea

In this role you will own the product line and portfolio for Tea Ingredients, from extracts to flavours, shaping growth, pricing, and sustainability across a global matrix organization. You will collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales to align on portfolio and go-to-market strategies, and drive customer value through roadmap-driven execution. You thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and help unlock growth while advancing sustainable practices across the value chain. • Develop and deploy the Tea Ingredients product line and portfolio, including growth initiatives
• Manage global assortment with the product organization and stakeholders in a global matrix
• Drive sustainability across the value chain from raw materials to finished products
• Define the roadmap to drive business growth in alignment with the Team Leader Product Management
• Participate in meetings with R&D, Marketing, Pricing and Sales to align on pricing, portfolio and supply chain topics
• Monitor competitors and prepare competitive analyses
• Support sales through customer visits, projects and briefings to share product and market knowhow
• Define success metrics and analyze customer feedback to feed the product roadmap
• Communicate portfolio updates across media and displays
• Provide in-house trainings to deepen understanding of the product portfolio and positioning

• Experience as product or business development manager in the food and beverages industry, ideally B2B Tea Ingredients or extraction technology for B2B Tea
• Degree in food technology, general business administration, biotechnology or a similar qualification
• Proven track record creating and executing product roadmaps
• Strong customer mindset with ability to engage with customers and foster partnerships
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial thinking with ability to work in team or independently
• Ability to handle ambiguity, manage change and multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Interest in technological processing of B2B ingredients
• Willingness to travel globally ~20% of time
• Fluent English; other languages beneficial
