Global Product Manager (m/w/d) Pulses & Proteins

As Global Product Manager for Pulses & Proteins, you will own the global strategy and lifecycle of the portfolio, driving sustainable growth across markets. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, align with the Business Unit strategy, and shape innovations from concept to commercialization. You will translate customer insights into roadmaps and support sales with expert market knowledge. • Define and execute a global strategy for the Pulses & Proteins portfolio aligned with the Business Unit
• Drive innovation projects and manage product pipelines from concept to commercialization
• Collaborate with product teams and cross-functional groups to optimize the assortment in a global matrix
• Monitor product performance, turnover, sales, and market share; develop revenue growth strategies with Sales
• Define success metrics from customer feedback to refine the product roadmap and lifecycle
• Engage with customers to provide expert market insights during projects, visits, and briefings
• Regularly communicate portfolio updates internally and to external stakeholders
• Conduct in-house training to deepen understanding of the portfolio and its positioning
• Guide margin structure and work with Pricing to implement pricing strategies (Stop-Swap) to improve profitability

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Food Science with product management experience
• Experience across full product lifecycle from innovation to commercialization
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global matrix
• Data-driven with focus on performance metrics, customer insights, and business growth
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-team collaboration
• Passion for innovation and customer-first product development
• Professional fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
