Global Product Manager - Network Interface Connectors

In this role you shape the strategy and lifecycle of network interface connector products for global markets. You will align R&D, sales and production to deliver commercially successful solutions. You drive market insights, launches and international positioning to support growth and margins. You will collaborate across global teams to translate technical requirements into market-ready products and lead strategic initiatives that advance the product portfolio.

• Define new commercially relevant products and select standardized portfolio elements
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to derive strategic measures for market share growth
• Translate technical product specifications into requirements in collaboration with R&D
• Manage international product marketing, including revenue and margin monitoring, with cross-functional partners
• Plan and execute market launch activities and support sales in market entry
• Transfer application know-how, set transfer and sales prices, and train international target groups
• Represent the company in relevant committees and industry organizations

• Several years of experience in Product Management
• International experience in electrical or electromechanical components
• Experience in an international company structure
• Business-fluent English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel worldwide
• Completed degree in a technically focused field such as Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering
