MISSION AT HAND

We’re looking for a Global Campaign & Project Manager with a strong marketing background to bring our global growth initiatives to life — from lead generation and audience growth to revenue-driving campaigns and projects.

You’ll run projects end-to-end and independently: turning ideas into live campaigns with a clear action plan behind it; coordinating teams and markets and making sure we learn and improve from the results. You’ll work with growth, marketing, creative, CRM and commercial teams, helping us scale successful initiatives globally.

You’ll be a hands‑on project owner who enjoys making things happen, has a great eye for creative and aesthetics, and is excited about using AI and new tools to work smarter, faster and more efficiently.

For this role you can be based remotely in Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, Spain, the UK or Poland.

DUTIES ON DECK

• Own global campaigns and growth projects end-to-end— from idea to execution, optimisation and reporting
• Drive bothlead generation and revenue-focused initiatives, developing scalable concepts that work across markets
• Turn ideas into clear briefs, timelines and project plans,coordinating stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Data and local markets
• Build and adapt on-brand campaign assets(Canva) and support landing pages and other campaign touchpoints
• UseAI toolsto speed up ideation, content, production and process automation
• Track performance, extract learnings and keep pushing for new channels and mechanics togrow acquisition, engagement and revenue

YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE

• 3-5 years of hands‑on marketing experience - campaign management, growth marketing, or digital marketing
• Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end by yourself — from idea through execution, optimisation and reporting — with strong organisational skills and a real "get things done" mindset
• Experience with lead generation, acquisition and revenue-driving marketing initiatives , comfortable using performance data and insights to improve results
• A good eye for aesthetics, visual quality and brand consistency , and comfortable creating and adapting marketing assets in Canva
• Curious about AI and confident using AI tools to work faster and smarter
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English

EXTRA KNOTS FOR

• Experience with gamification, competitions, referral programmes or other creative growth mechanics — ideally paired with A/B testing and experimentation to validate what works
• Experience with CRO and landing page builders
• Experience with CRM channels (email marketing, app, WhatsApp or other digital marketing channels)
