Global Project Manager (m/f/d) Voith Hydro - People & Culture / HR

As Global Project Manager, you drive international People & Culture initiatives within Voith Hydro, guiding complex programs from planning to delivery. You will collaborate across functions to implement standards and tools that shape talent management, performance, and organizational development. This role combines structured project management with change facilitation to support global HR goals. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver measurable improvements and enable leadership development at scale.

• Manage international P&C projects for Voith Hydro Group Division with planning, scheduling, budgeting and resource control
• Lead stakeholder management and transparent communication across project lifecycles using classic and agile methods
• Implement global P&C standards, programs and tools in line with central guidelines (talent management, performance management, workforce planning, development, compensation, benefits)
• Conceptualize and moderate international workshops to support change processes, leadership strategy, and team building
• Support Global Head of People Business Partners with operational tasks worldwide
• Identify opportunities to improve P&C processes, tools, and ways of working

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial/organizational psychology, HR management, or comparable qualification
• Minimum 5 years of international HR project management experience
• Proven experience in People & Culture across different subject areas
• Extensive experience with project management methods (classic and/or agile) and stakeholder management
• Structured, goal-oriented working style with strong organizational, analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent communication and moderation skills with intercultural competence
• Initiative and solution-oriented thinking
• Fluent business English; additional languages desirable
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP or HR applications such as SAP HR, SuccessFactors
