As Global Proposal Manager – Drug Product, you will lead the end-to-end proposal process across CordenPharma's international network, coordinating with Sales, Program Management, Operations and technical teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused proposals. You will align strategies with customer needs, drive cross-functional collaboration, and manage governance to win business and strengthen client relationships. • Lead the end-to-end proposal process from opportunity assessment to submission
• Develop proposal strategies aligned with customer needs and business objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs to create compelling technical and commercial offers
• Ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time
• Serve as central interface between Sales, Program Management, Operations, Quality, Development, Legal and other stakeholders
• Support customer discussions, clarification meetings, and proposal negotiations
• Facilitate alignment and drive efficient decision-making throughout the proposal process
• Establish and continuously improve proposal processes, templates, and governance standards
• Drive standardization and best-practice sharing across sites and regions
• Monitor proposal KPIs (quality, lead times, win rates) and support risk assessment and mitigation
• Promote proposal management best practices and support training to strengthen capabilities globally

• Degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in proposal management, project management, or commercial roles within pharma/biotech/CDMO
• Strong understanding of drug product development, manufacturing, and CDMO business models
• Experience in global, cross-functional environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate technical content into customer-focused solutions
• Experience with proposal and project management methodologies and tools
