The Global Road Logistics BU Sales Expert plays a key role in improving sales effectiveness and execution across the Road Logistics organization. The role acts as the operational partner to Global Sales leadership by coordinating sales enablement activities, recognition programs, commercial initiatives, performance transparency, and global sales development efforts. Success in this role means ensuring that key sales programs run effectively, stakeholders stay aligned, and commercial priorities are translated into structured action, allowing sales leadership to focus on strategy and organizational development.

How you create impact

• Support Field Sales teams with actionable customer insights to help them focus their time and efforts on the right customers and opportunities.
• Support effective portfolio management by identifying customers with the highest growth potential, retention risks and opportunities for further development.
• Work closely with CRM, BI and reporting teams to ensure existing dashboards and tools meet the practical needs of Field Sales and support better decision-making.
• Ensure Field Sales teams have the product knowledge, commercial information and selling arguments needed to confidently and successfully sell our Road Freight products.
• Coordinate and maintain relevant sales materials, including the European Sales Story and Country Capability Cards, making product capabilities, customer benefits and selling opportunities easily accessible.
• Own the end-to-end coordination and execution of the RoadStar* Sales Recognition Program, including timelines, communication and stakeholder alignment.
• Support the Global Road Logistics Sales leader in coordinating implementation of agreed regional development plans for North America, APAC and MEA.

What we would like you to bring

• Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Communications or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in Roadfreight, sales enablement, commercial operations, portfolio management.
• Experience independently delivering cross-functional initiatives and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with an ability to create practical sales content and management updates.
• Strong English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
