We are looking for a Global Road Logistics Implementation Expert at our location in Hamburg HafenCity!

How you create impact

• Customer growth — Optimize onboarding and implement new strategic business for key customers
• Project implementation — Lead end-to-end implementation projects from requirements to operational handover
• European coordination — Plan and execute European road logistics projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Stakeholder alignment — Communicate and coordinate effectively with carriers, partners, and customers to find solutions
• Process integration — Support process integration, ensure tool readiness, and provide training for smooth adoption
• Implementation success — Ensure delivery of project scope, maintain client satisfaction, manage team performance

• Ability to optimize onboarding and support strategic business growth
• Strong skills in leading end-to-end implementation projects across regions
• Effective communication with carriers, partners, internal teams, and customers
• Experience in Road Logistics is an Advantage
• Very good English skills required - German is a plus
