Global Sales Excellence Expert

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and facilitate sales excellence meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions across regions
• Create professional management presentations, decision papers, concepts, and briefing materials
• Prepare meeting agendas, document minutes, capture decisions, and systematically track and follow up on agreed next steps
• Organize sales trainings, enablement formats, and regional campaigns in close alignment with global and regional sales stakeholders
• Support the definition, documentation, and rollout of global sales processes, methodologies, and standards
• Prepare KPI, reporting, and forecasting content for leadership reviews and regional alignment discussions
• Coordinate input from regions and stakeholders and translate it into clear, structured management-ready content
• Identify and document best practices across regions and support their communication and reuse
• Maintain transparent action tracking, timelines, milestones, and follow-up overviews for key sales excellence initiatives
• Travel regularly to support global sales excellence meetings, workshops, and leadership alignment sessions

Requirements

• Experience in sales excellence or sales operations
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Proficiency in creating professional presentations and documents
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work in international teams
• Knowledge of standard reporting and KPI methodologies
