Global Sea Logistics Pricing Operations Manager (f/m/d)

In this role you will coordinate global pricing governance, standardization and operating mechanisms to ensure initiatives are adopted and sustained. You work closely with Pricing, Technology and Business stakeholders to build a standardized, connected and scalable Global Pricing function. You’ll drive governance, reporting and continuous improvement while enabling digital tools and cross-functional execution. • Coordinate governance activities and SOPs to standardize ways of working across the organization
• Drive KPI reporting, dashboard management and business reviews for performance visibility
• Coordinate pricing systems and digital tools (including SeaTender), managing feedback, testing and adoption
• Plan and deliver training, onboarding and user enablement for standardized processes
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment with global and regional teams and translate requirements into execution
• Support continuous improvement, automation, and digital adoption initiatives
• Manage pricing communications and knowledge sharing via SharePoint, community platforms, and awareness campaigns

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Shipping or Logistics (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sea Logistics and/or Pricing
• Experience coordinating projects, initiatives or cross-functional activities
• Exposure to international business environments preferred
• Knowledge of Sea Logistics Pricing, RFQ processes, pricing systems, SOPs and user adoption
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, reporting and analytical skills
