Global Senior Account Manager - Regenerative Medicine

Responsible for developing strategically important global accounts within the Industry Solutions business, driving profitable growth and delivering outstanding customer experience across the complete customer journey.

Develop global Industry Solutions customers into trusted, long-term strategic partners while maximizing customer value and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic development of global accounts:
Drive sustainable growth of the existing customer and product portfolio.
Identify and develop opportunities for line extensions and new products within existing accounts.
Coordinate the commercial, operational and cross-functional activities required to maintain portfolio viability, ensure timely progress and prevent critical actions or opportunities from stalling.
Identify cross-selling and customized business development opportunities within existing accounts.
Build and manage relationships with stakeholders across the customer organization, including Marketing, Procurement, Logistics and Sourcing, R&D, and senior management.
Lead cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment, accountability and effective execution of customer priorities.
Maintain CRM excellence, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of customer activities, opportunities and commitments.
Lead account forecasting and planning in collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers.
Deliver a best-in-class global customer experience throughout the complete customer journey.

Required Experience

4–5 years of strategic or key account management experience.
Experience within an international B2B environment.
Experience in wound care, biomaterials, orthopedics, sports medicine, CDMO or a related industry.
Commercial negotiation experience with a proven sales track record.
Demonstrated global account management experience.
