Global (Senior) Manager Advanced Hair Innovation (d/f/m)

What you’ll do

• Imagine the next generation of hair innovations by identifying emerging consumer needs, trends and untapped opportunities
• Shape and evolve the long-term innovation strategy across hair color, care and styling products and devices
• Drive innovation projects from early ideation through concept, formula and packaging development to consumer validation and prototype handover to markets
• Create compelling product concepts with clear insights, benefits and reason‑to‑believe, and validate them through consumer testing
• Steer cross‑functional teams and ensure strong alignment across key stakeholders
• Partner closely with Global R&D, Global Strategy, Consumer & Market Insights, Test Salon, Supply Chain and Packaging, as well as Brand, Marketing and R&D teams of defined Lead Regions
• Present and champion innovation projects with senior stakeholders across Global and Local Marketing and R&D
• Facilitate cross‑functional creative workshops and foster a culture of innovation across the organization

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Innovation Management, Business or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Innovation, Global Brand Management or Product Management, ideally within beauty or FMCG
• Passion for beauty innovation at the intersection of consumer needs, technology and product development
• Experience managing cross‑functional projects in an international environment
• Strategic, analytical and creative mindset with a proactive, hands‑on attitude
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to inspire and align stakeholders
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
