Global Talent Manager - Leadership Development (m/f/d)

In this role you drive global leadership development initiatives and shape how managers grow across cultures. You will lead programs, partner with international business schools and external providers, and ensure governance and metrics for leadership and talent. You’ll design open training offerings and support executives through coaching and executive reviews, shaping a scalable, policy-aligned leadership landscape. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to implement global HR frameworks and dashboards that track leadership impact across regions.

• Steer and implement leadership development programs globally (e.g., ERGO Leadership Program)
• Collaborate with international business schools and external providers and manage related contracts
• Design and upgrade global open leadership trainings for managers at multiple levels in cross-cultural contexts
• Develop and run global performance assessment and succession management procedures for executives (Executive Reviews)
• Define and harmonize global HR policies, frameworks and KPI systems for leadership and talent management
• Facilitate international leadership activities (workshops, panels) and coordinate with senior stakeholders and local HR for effective execution

• Master's degree in economics or social sciences
• Multiple years of experience in talent and/or leadership development
• Experience in strategy-oriented development programs, ideally international
• Excellent project management skills and strong knowledge of leadership diagnostics with analytical/consulting abilities
• Intercultural thinking and acting (ideally with extended stay abroad)
