Global Value, Access & Government Affairs Lead

In this role you will develop and execute global value and access strategies for Rescue Therapies (Nyxoid and Substitol) to enable patient access across multiple markets. You will work within a cross-functional asset team to translate payer insights into local execution and lead engagement with EU-level and national stakeholders. You’ll design payer tools and evidence plans to support reimbursement and in-country access, while shaping policy and market access strategies. This is a mission-driven position that combines policy, pricing, and health economics to maximise patient impact and business value.

• Develop global asset value strategies and oversee global to local value communication for patient access
• Design and implement Rescue Therapies engagement strategy with EU-level stakeholders and national bodies
• Lead global payer research to identify value drivers and requirements for sustainable access
• Create core payer tools (global value dossiers, health economic models, payer objection handlers, budget impact models) for submissions and in-country access
• Optimize country-level execution through fit-for-purpose payer engagement practices, training, and mock negotiations
• Collaborate with Medical and R&D for evidence generation plans and manage external vendor budgets
• Act as a core Market Access representative in the 3M global asset teams to align with payer needs
• Inform global pricing frameworks through insight-driven research and modeling
• Monitor policy, regulatory, and competitive landscapes to anticipate impacts on healthcare systems
• Lead government affairs strategies and support compliant engagement with policy stakeholders on pricing trends
• Conduct pricing, reimbursement, and HTA due diligence to support geographic expansion and business development

• Proven global Market Access experience (industry or consulting)
• Strong Government Affairs / Policy experience
• Experience with product launches/expansions and policy change requirements
• HTA & Market Access expertise with understanding of global HTA systems and cost-utility analysis
• Ability to translate payer insights into localized execution and commercial outcomes
• Experience in pricing assumptions and market access due diligence for business development
• Capability to design and deliver market access training and value argumentation tools
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks and development of SOPs for model submissions
• Strong project management and cross-functional leadership experience
