Global Vice President Procurement | Munich | Hybrid | €160k-€180k About the Role A leading global technology organization is seeking a Global Vice President Procurement to lead and transform its international procurement function. Reporting to executive leadership, you will shape global sourcing strategy, optimize supplier performance, and drive operational excellence across a complex international business. Key Responsibilities

Lead the global procurement organization, including regional teams, category management, and procurement excellence. Develop and execute procurement strategies focused on cost, quality, supply continuity, innovation, and sustainability. Drive digital transformation, process improvement, and organizational capability across the procurement function. Partner with executive stakeholders to deliver commercial value, manage supplier relationships, and achieve global procurement KPIs.

Candidate Profile

Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or procurement certifications are advantageous. 10+ years' experience in senior global procurement leadership within an international organization. Strong expertise in direct and indirect procurement, supplier management, contract negotiation, and manufacturing or project-based environments. Strategic leader with a proven track record of transformation, stakeholder management, and delivering measurable business results.
