Global Workforce Health Consultant (m/f/d)

As Global Workforce Health Consultant, you will support international health and wellbeing initiatives for multinational clients, shaping health optimisation strategies and translating data into actionable client insights. You collaborate with cross-functional teams across countries to deliver structured projects and compelling reports. You drive practical, evidence-based approaches to evolving healthcare contexts and employer priorities. • Support delivery of international health and wellbeing consulting projects for multinational clients
• Contribute to development of health optimisation strategies focusing on prevention, wellbeing, cost efficiency, and employer investment
• Analyze data from multiple sources and translate findings into client-facing insights and recommendations
• Coordinate project activities, timelines and deliverables in a structured manner
• Consolidate input from internal stakeholders and experts to develop coherent reports and materials
• Support communication and coordination with colleagues across internal functions and client teams in different countries
• Contribute to work on global frameworks and country- and industry-specific topics
• Identify practical, evidence-based approaches addressing evolving healthcare systems and employer priorities

• Several years of professional experience in the insurance industry, insurance broking or servicing financial institutions, ideally in a client-facing role with sales responsibilities
• Academic or professional background in medicine, public health, healthcare management, health consulting, health insurance or related field
• Strong interest in employer health and wellbeing and in interaction between healthcare systems and public-private dynamics
• Ability to work confidently with data, structure complex topics and develop messages for clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines
• Proven stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across international and cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and spoken English; German or French would be an advantage
