Задачи

Design and develop Go microservices using REST/gRPC, including public and internal APIs; Integrate with external services and develop contracts; Optimize performance, profile systems, reduce latency, and scale systems; Design database schemas and perform migrations, indexing, and query optimization; Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL, Redis, Kafka/NATS, and event-driven integrations; Implement and maintain CI/CD and AWS cloud infrastructure with Docker/Kubernetes; Ensure quality through unit, integration, and end-to-end testing, code reviews, and automated checks; Ensure observability and reliability through logging, metrics, alerting, and tracing; Participate in architectural design, RFCs, and ADRs.

Требования

3+ Years of commercial development experience, including 3+ years with Golang; Proficiency in Go, including context handling, concurrency with goroutines/channels, pprof profiling, gRPC/REST, generics, and modularity; Strong understanding of backend architecture, API design, microservices, and distributed systems; Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and Redis, including database design, indexing, and transactions; Experience designing event-driven integrations with Kafka/NATS; Experience with GitLab CI, feature flags, migrations, and blue-green/rolling deployments; Experience with Go testing/testify and integration/e2e testing; Knowledge of OAuth2 and JWT; Understanding of DDD principles, SOLID, 12-factor methodology, and observability with Prometheus/Grafana and OpenTelemetry; Russian at C1 or higher; English at B1; Nice to have: Experience with search technologies such as OpenSearch, Python and/or PHP, TypeScript, JavaScript and React, CQRS/Event Sourcing, idempotency, deduplication, BFFs, WebSockets, feature flags, experiments/A-B testing, and product metrics.
