Google Ads Campaign Manager (f/m/d)

Pflegia is one of Germany's leading job platforms for nurses and healthcare professionals - with the mission to make job applications in healthcare as easy, transparent, and fair as possible.

We're looking for someone to join our Performance Marketing team! You'll own our Google Ads campaigns and help us build landing pages that actually convert.

What you'll do

• Plan, set up and optimize our Google Ads campaigns (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube): budgets, bidding, keywords, audiences, ad copy

• Build landing pages for our campaigns and keep improving them, together with Marketing, Design and Product

• Drive the strategy: define the campaigns, identify key pages, and set clear goals

• Test regularly (ads, bidding, landing pages) and apply what we learn

• Keep an eye on the numbers, maintain our dashboards (Looker Studio) and share insights with the team
  

What you bring

• 3 years of experience with Google Ads, ideally in lead generation

• Proven experience in managing a monthly Google Ads budget of at least €100,000

• Experience building landing pages for ads (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Unbounce or similar)

• You like working with data and make decisions based on numbers

• You work independently and in a structured way

• German at least B1, good English

Nice to have

• Experience with other platforms like Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads or LinkedIn Ads

• Experience with CRO and A/B testing

• Fluent German
