What will you do?

• Manage and optimize Google Ads accounts for various markets.
• Ensure profitability within agreed parameters and business goals.
• Analyze data, prepare reports, and propose improvements.
• Monitor trends and innovations in Google Ads advertising and implement proven solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, IT) to achieve common business goals.
• Proactively implement growth-hacking strategies.

What do we expect?

• At least 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on e-commerce.
• Understanding of ROI/CPA and other key metrics.
• In-depth knowledge of all types of Google Ads campaigns, including strategies for PMax, Shopping, Search (AIMax), Display, and Video advertising.
• Experience managing high budgets is a plus.
• Excellent analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proactivity, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English.
